Road tests will not be performed on vehicles registered or insured as collectable or exotic; or if road, weather or vehicle conditions are unsafe in the inspector's opinion.
The Vehicle Inspection Report summarizes condition of vehicle as observed by the inspector at the time of inspection. Ordinary wear and tear and other external factors can change a vehicle's condition and we make no representation about the condition of any vehicle on the date of purchase. The inspector does not use computer or other mechanical diagnostic equipment and is not a substitute for an examination by a qualified mechanic at a properly equipped repair facility. The inspector relies on the state registration found with the vehicle to identify the owner and verify the VIN, but does not verify the registration, check for liens against the vehicle or make any representation or warranty about the title of the vehicle.
