SELLER'S COMMENTS
BMW M3
OPTIONS : The car is fully loaded, it has every option and package that is available to the M3 including competition package, convenience package, cold weather package, premium package 2, DCT, Moonroof, Power rear sunshade, Smartphone, BMW Apps, and Enhanced Premium Sound. Interior is extended fox red leather with carbon leather trim.
CONDITION : It has been kept in a closed garage since taking delivery and has been only used as a weekend car and is in outstanding condition. It's been detailed and hand washed quite frequently. The car has never been tracked, engine properly broken in, and tires have full thread left. Body and rims have no known scratches or dents.
PAYMENT : The car has a GREAT payment that is very low for the options that it has. Because I had traded in another BMW prior to leasing this, I didn't have to pay any sales tax and in addition got BMW loyalty discount, on top of a great money factor deal BMW had it going at the time. Finally, all MSDs have been paid up front, lowering the monthly payment even further. A similarly equipped M3 without any of these discounts would cost $250 or more a month.
CONDITIONS OF SALE/TRANSFER : An amount equal to all MSDs which I paid have to be paid upfront to me once the lease transfer is complete. You will be the sole owner of the MSDs and BMW financial services will pay them back to you at the end of the lease. MSDs have lowered the payment by quite a lot and has a great return rate.
